火力发电企业在项目实施过程中存在一定的风险,如果不对其进行分析评估,并采取一定的有效措施,可能给企业带来很大的损失。因此项目管理人员应正确认识风险,积极管理风险,科学评估风险,并采取行之有效的措施对风险进行控制,保证企业项目的正常实施。
