摘要
本文就大型火力发电厂设备检修的特点进行简要介绍,进而从检修管理模式、检修工程标准化管理策略、检修准备管理和检修施工过程管理四方面入手,提出大型火力发电厂设备检修工程标准化管理的具体方法,旨在提升大型火力发电厂设备检修成效,优化设备使用性能,仅供相关人员参考。
This paper briefly introduces the characteristics of equipment maintenance in large thermal power plant,and then,starting with the four aspects of maintenance management mode,standardization management strategy of maintenance engineering,maintenance preparation management and maintenance and construction process management,this paper puts forward a specific method for standardization management of equipment maintenance process in large thermal power plant.To improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance in large thermal power plants and optimize the performance of equipment,it is only for the reference of relevant personnel.
