摘要
目的探讨血塞通联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死对神经功能的影响。方法将我院收治的104例糖尿病合并脑梗死患者随机分为2组,每组52例,对照组单用阿托伐他汀钙,联合组联合用阿托伐他汀钙和血塞通,比较2组治疗前后的NIHSS评分(美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表)、血脂指标和血液流变学指标变化。结果治疗后,联合组的NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),联合组的红细胞压积、胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平都显著低于对照组(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率(92.31%)显著高于对照组(78.85%)(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙联合血塞通治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死,能有效降低血脂水平,改善血液流变学和神经功能,且不会增加不良反应发生的风险。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xuesetong combined with atorvastatin calcium on neurological function of diabetic with cerebral infarction.Methods 104 cases of diabetic with cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,52 cases in each group.The control group patients were treated with atorvastatin calcium,while the combined group patients were treated with atorvastatin calcium combined with Xuesetong.The NIHSS scores,blood lipid and hemorheology before and after treatment of 2 groups were compared.Results The NIHSS score of the combined group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hematocrit of combined group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group,the levels of cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)levels were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of combined group was 92.31%,significantly higher than the control group(78.85%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium combined with Xuesetong could treat diabetes complicated cerebral infarction by decreasing blood lipid level,improving hemorheology and neurological function,and without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
