海东地区猪深部输精技术应用效果初探 被引量:3

Effect of deep insemination technology on sow in Haidong area of Qinghai Province

摘要 为探索深部输精技术在高原地区利用可能性及应用效果,我们在海东地区将深部输精与常规输精效果进行对比,选择144头3~4胎杜长大母猪随机分成3组,A1深部输精组,20mL输精量; A2深部输精组,40mL输精量; B组为常规输精组,输精量60mL;选择同场杜洛克公猪进行人工授精。结果显示,与常规输精相比,A2组和A1组,情期受胎率分别提高1. 70%和1. 13%(P <0. 05),窝产仔数分别提高0. 89和0. 41头(P <0. 05); A1组窝产活仔数提高0. 14头,A2组下降0. 20头(P> 0. 05)。结论:母猪子宫深部输精可以减少精液使用量33%~67%,受胎率、产仔数等均有不同程度提高,窝产活子数虽有所下降,但差异不显著,建议扩大试验后推广应用。 In order to explore the possibility and application effect of deep insemination technology in pig in plateau area,we compare the effect of deep insemination and routine insemination in Haidong area of Qinghai province.We choose 144 sow and parity is 3 ~ 4,sows were randomly divided into 3 groups,A1 for deep insemination group,20mL insemination dose,A2 for deep insemination group,40mL insemination dose,B group is as routine insemination group, insemination dose 60mL; we use the same field Duroc boar for artificial insemination.The results showed that the conception rate of A2 group and A1 group increased by 1.70% and 1.13%( P < 0.05) respectively,the alive litter size increased by 0.89 and 0.41 ( P < 0.05) respectively compared with conventional insemination.The number of litter litters in the A1 group increased by 0.14,while in the A2 group decreased by 0.20 ( P > 0.05).It is conclude that uterine deep insemination in sow can reduce semen consumption of 33%~ 67%,and pregnancy rate and litter size were increased.The number of alive births has decreased,but the difference is not significant.It is recommended to expand the application.
