摘要
"互联网+"背景下如何提升公共安全危机管理效能是政府面临的新课题。利用互联网是提高政府信息收集、数据处理分析水平和能力的重要手段和途径,然而,"互联网+"对政府公共安全危机管理既有积极的影响,也会产生消极的影响。在深入分析"互联网+"对政府公共安全危机管理的诸多挑战基础上,着重对"互联网+"对政府公共安全危机管理影响效应进行分析;进而就如何利用"互联网+"提升政府公共安全危机管理效能提出了相关对策建议。
Xi Jinping Thought on global governance is a crucial part of his Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Combining related literature and Chinese governance practice,some theoretical sources of Xi Jinping Thought on global governance are drawn,i.e.the theoretical basis of the Thought is Marxist global political governance;Western global governance theory is its important reference;China outstanding traditional culture provides Xi's thought soil;Chinese diplomatic thinking provids the basic stand and train of thoughts;and Xi Jinping's state governance thoughts and their effectiveness provid important guarantees.
