摘要
目的观察在血液系统恶性肿瘤化疗患者中采取参芪扶正注射液对其造血功能和免疫功能的影响分析。方法选择2010年1月～2015年12月期间我院血液科收治血液系统恶性肿瘤108例患者,随机数字法分成两组每组各54例患者,采取常规化疗治疗患者设置为对照组,采取常规化疗基础上联合参芪扶正注射液治疗设置为实验组。将两组患者治疗前后的造血功能和免疫功能水平对照分析。结果治疗前两组患者造血功能、免疫反应指标均处于较低水平,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经治疗后两组患者造血功能水平、免疫反应指标均有所上升,但实验组患者造血功能水平低于对照组、免疫反应指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在血液系统恶性肿瘤患者的治疗上,采取常规治疗联合参芪扶正注射液治疗,可明显改善患者造血功能与免疫功能水平,效果理想,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on hematopoietic function and immune function in patients with hematologic malignancies. Methods 108 patients with hematological malignancies were treated in the Department of Hematology in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into two groups of 54 patients in each group. The patients were treated with conventional chemotherapy. The control group was set as the control group,and the combination of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the basis of conventional chemotherapy was set as the experimental group. The hematopoietic function and immune function levels of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results The hematopoietic function and immune response of the two groups were at a low level before treatment, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). After treatment, the hematopoietic function level and immune response index of both groups increased, but the hematopoietic function level of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and immune response index of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with hematological malignancies, conventional treatment combined with Shenqi Fuzheng injection can significantly improve the hematopoietic function and immune function of patients, and the effect is ideal and worthy of clinical promotion.
