摘要
对同步共点多通道智能闸控系统进行了设计。该系统运用数字比例技术、数字化信息采集与控制技术和智能逻辑判断,具备热冗余保护和故障诊断与隔离作用。该系统在山西潞安集团一缘煤业的实践应用效果表明,有效地提高煤矿开采提升装备的运行安全性与稳定性。
The intelligent gate control system with synchronous concurrent and multi-channel is designed.The system uses digital proportional technology,digital information acquisition and control technology and intelligent logic judgment,and has the function of thermal redundancy protection and fault diagnosis and isolation.The practical application effect of the system in Shanxi Lu’an Group Yiyuan Coal Industry shows that it can effectively improve the operation safety and stability of coal mining and lifting equipment.
