摘要 为解决现代工程机械在恶劣工作现场的故障参数检测与诊断需求,研制了工程机械传动系统的故障检测与诊断系统。该系统以虚拟仪器技术为基础,选用了模块化的硬件模块,构成信号调理系统和数据采集系统,完成信号的现场检测与存储。并采用LabWindows/CVI虚拟仪器软件开发了该系统的软件平台,实现了软件的模块化与智能化。 In order to meet the needs of fault parameter detection and diagnosis of modern construction machinery in harsh work site,a fault detection and diagnosis system for transmission system of construction machinery was developed.The system is based on virtual instrument technology and chooses modular hardware module to form signal conditioning system and data acquisition system,which completes the field detection and storage of signals.The software platform of the system is developed by using LabWindows/CVI virtual instrument software,which realizes the modularization and intellectualization of the software.
