摘要
针对接入高渗透率光伏配电网内储能系统的容量规划问题,提出了以系统电压指标最优和规划期内储能总成本最小为目标的多目标规划模型。模型中为了对配电网络进行集群划分,提出了基于电气距离和区域电压调节能力的集群综合性能指标,并利用该指标通过禁忌搜索算法得到配电网的划分方式。在此基础上,提出了集群电压自治策略,在集群内部调控分布式光伏逆变器无功补偿量以及储能系统的吸收功率,并以此作为储能系统的充电策略。最后,在某实际配电网系统中进行了仿真,验证了集群电压自治策略的有效性以及储能系统对配电网运行的改善作用。
In light of the problem in the capacity planning of anenergy storage system(ESS)in distribution network with high photovoltaic(PV)penetration,a multi-objective planning model,which aims to maximizethe system voltage index and minimize the ESS’s total cost during the planning period,is put forward.To partition the cluster in distribution net work,a comprehensive index for the cluster is proposedbased on the electrical distance and regional voltage regulation capability,which is further used to obtain the partition result of distribution network using theTabu search algorithm;on this basis,a voltage self-regulationstrategy for the clusteris proposed,through which the reactive power compensa tion of distributed PV inverters and the active power of ESS can be regulated in the cluster;meanwhile,it is also takenas the charging strategy for the ESS.Finally,simulations are conducted in a practical distribution network,and results show the effectiveness of the voltage self-regulation strategy for the cluster and the improvement of the distribution net work operation with ESS.
