摘要
采用水溶液法制备了形貌规整,大小均匀的水合硼酸钾钙(K_2Ca[B_4O_5(OH)_4]_2·8H_2O)晶体。采用TG,DTA和DSC同步热分析测试技术,在空气气氛,线性升温条件下,对硼酸钾钙晶体进行脱水过程及其动力学研究,运用Doyle-Ozawa法和Kissinger法计算动力学参数,得出硼酸钾钙晶体的脱水动力学模型。
Potassium Calcium Borate crystal (K2Ca[B4O5(OH) 4] 2·8H2O) was prepared by water solution method. The dehydration process and kinetics were studied using the TG, DTA and DSC synchronous thermal analysis test techniques. Under non-isothermal condition, the Kissinger's and Doyle Ozawa's two methods were applied to determine the kinetic parameters. The dehydration Kinetics model of potassium borate calcium crystal was obtained.
