工业4.0时代职业教育发展的理论逻辑与路径创新 被引量:6

Development Orientation and Implementation Path of the Professional Education in Shenzhen under the Industry 4.0 Era

摘要 基于工业4.0进程"势在必行"与职业教育发展"力不从心"的严重失调进行职业教育发展研究反思,职业教育发展与经济社会发展关系的复杂性决定了职业教育存在着三种发展逻辑:生态逻辑、合理逻辑和秩序逻辑.由此,可依次建构职业教育校企有机合作路径、职业教育共享资源支持路径和职业教育多中心公平治理路径. To reflect on the development of professional education in Shenzhen based on the severe imbalance between the"honor"of Shenzhen’s process advantage under the Industry 4. 0 Era and the"anxiety"over the lag-behind of professional education development in Shenzhen: the complexity of the relationship between the development of both the professional education and Shenzhen city determines that there exist three fixed development paths tailored to the professional education in Shenzhen:ecological development,rational development and order development. Among them,the ecological theory solves the problem of endogenous relationship; the economic theory eliminates the concern behind sharing relationship; and the public administrative theory helps to resolve the issue of conflict. Shenzhen’s professional education should be aligned with its enterprises’ development direction under an ecological visual threshold,consistent with the development resources for Shenzhen economy under an economic visual threshold,and concerted with the development of Shenzhen society’s order under a public administrative visual threshold. The above-mentioned three implementation paths will undertake in future a non-liner relationship which merge with one another and in all dimensions; what’s more,they will also promote together the featured professional education in Shenzhen.
