摘要
目的:研究封闭负压引流技术治疗四肢创伤复杂创面的临床价值。方法:选取四肢创伤复杂创面患者80例,随机分为对照组和试验组各40例。对照组在常规治疗基础上采用常规换药方式,试验组在常规治疗的基础上采用封闭负压引流技术。比较两组患者的治疗效果,并比较患者并发症发生率。结果:两组患者治疗效果比较,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者并发症发生率比较,试验组更低,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:封闭负压引流技术治疗四肢创伤复杂创面能明显提升治疗效果,并降低患者并发症发生率,临床价值较高。
Objective To study the clinical value of closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of complex wounds of extremities.Method A total of 80 patients with complex wounds of limbs were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by regular dressing change on the basis of conventional treatment,while the experimental group was treated by closed negative pressure drainage on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effects of patients were compared,and the incidence of complications was compared.Results The treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the experimental group,and the data were compared(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the experimental group,and the data were compared(P<0.05).Conclusion Closed negative pressure drainage can significantly improve the treatment effect and reduce the incidence of complications of complex wounds of limbs,which is of high clinical value.
