摘要
西江流域是历史时期疍民的主要聚居区,以水上婚礼为特色内容的婚俗仪式具有较高的旅游开发价值。政府在疍民婚俗仪式文化的传承与旅游开发中占据主导地位,但各地区没有形成统一的协调机制,各自为战,旅游产品同质化严重;疍民婚俗文化保护的全域观不足,文化原生氛围缺失,婚俗仪式原始资料匮乏。遵循仪式旅游开发的真实性、参与性与组合性原则,借助线性文化遗产保护理念,整体规划辖区内的咸水歌、香云纱、水上婚嫁等疍民非物质文化遗产,提高旅游产品层次;明确政府与社会力量在疍民婚俗文化开发中的角色差异,加强流域内的政府合作,共同治理水环境;依托西江流域内的水域观光旅游,引入社会力量发展疍民文化产业,推动疍民婚俗文化旅游的发展。
The Xijiang River Valley used to be the main inhabiting area of the Dan people and their characterized wedding ceremony which is held on boats in the river is of great value of tourism development.The government plays a leading role in the inheritance and tourism development of the Dan people’ s wedding customs and culture.However,a uniform coordination mechanism has not been established among different districts,which,due to different tourism development plans,results in homogeneity of tourist products in different districts,insufficiency of ideas in terms of overall planning,deficiency of cultural original atmosphere and lack in source materials wedding customary ceremony.It is proposed to make an overall planning of the intangible cultural inheritances of the Dan people,such as folk songs,Xiangyun gauze,marriage on boats,etc.by following the principles of facticity,participation and modularity of ceremony tourism development making use of the concept of linear cultural inheritance protection so as to upgrade the tourist products; to clarify the different roles of the governments and social forces in the exploiting the Dan people’ s wedding customs and culture and strengthen the cooperation among the governments in the area so as to jointly govern the water environment; to introduce social forces into the development of the cultural industry of the Dan people by taking the advantage of water sightseeing tour in the Xijiang River Valley so as to push the development of marriage cultural tour of the Dan people.
