摘要
为了应对逐渐增多的污染场地,广州市从制度建设、综合技术水平提升、规范管理等多个方面做了大量积极有效工作。文章对广州市管理实践进行了总结,同时针对场地管理中存在的困难进行分析,提出对策建议,包括加强在产企业风险管控,提升管理能力,加大资金投入,研究适用技术,推进信息公开,加强社会监督等,以期为广州以及其他城市下一步污染场地环境管理工作提供借鉴参考。
In response to the increasing number of contaminated sites,Guangzhou has done a lot of works,such as system construction,comprehensive technical level promotion,standardized management and so on.This paper summarizes the main experiences of Guangzhou and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,which include strengthening risk control in production enterprises,enhancing management ability,increasing capital investment,researching applicable technologies,promoting information disclosure,strengthening social supervision,The study aims to provide references for the environmental management of contaminated sites in Guangzhou and other cities.
