摘要
针对热风炉燃烧过程的复杂性、参数不确定性和非线性,特别是山钢股份莱芜分公司煤气压力波动频繁,结合现场操作人员经验,采用T-S型模糊控制器根据煤气压力和拱顶温度的变化对煤气阀门做出相应的调整,应用结果表明.该模型的应用实现了燃烧过程的优化控制,节约能源,易于实现。
The combustion process of hot stove is very complicated with uncertain and nonlinear parameters,especially with frequently fluctuating gas pressure as at Laiwu Steel.Combining with the experience of field operators,T-S fuzzy controller was used to correspondingly adjust the gas valve according to changes of gas pressure and top temperature.Application results showed that the model can achieve optimized control and energy saving of the combustion process and is easily realizable.
