摘要
知识已是企业竞争过程中最重要的战略性资源和最具有价值的无形资产,也是企业获得竞争优势的关键来源。有效知识共享是使其发挥最大价值、企业获得内部创新型知识、增强核心竞争力的重要实现方法之一。本文通过构建协同管理(OA)软件企业知识共享网络概念模型,利用社会网络分析方法(SNA),以国内领先的OA软件企业FW为例,对企业内知识共享网络进行详尽分析,明确网络结构特征及知识共享主要问题,为OA软件企业提供有针对性的知识共享优化策略,促进企业内部高效知识共享。
Knowledge is the most important strategic resource and the most valuable intangible asset in the process of enterprise competition,and also a key source for enterprises to gain competitive advantage.Effective knowledge sharing is one of the important ways to achieve maximum value,gain internal innovation knowledge and enhance core competitiveness.This paper constructs the collaborative management(OA)software enterprise knowledge sharing network conceptual model,uses the social network analysis method(SNA),takes the domestic leading OA software enterprise FW as an example,analyzes the enterprise knowledge sharing network,and clarifies the network structure characteristics.The main problem of knowledge sharing is to provide targeted knowledge sharing optimization strategies for OA software companies to promote efficient knowledge sharing within the enterprise.
