摘要
用传统的定子斜槽法来削弱稀土永磁无刷直流电机的定位转矩存在较明显的问题.本文对这些问题进行了定性的分析,并在此基础上提出从转子入手,通过改变转子的结构来削弱电机的定位转矩,并对使用转子永磁体分段错位法来削弱定位转矩的有效性进行了证明.
There are obvious problems in weakening the positioning torque of rare-earth permanent magnet brushless DC motor by traditional stator inclined slot method.Based on the qualitative analysis of these problems,this paper proposes that starting from the rotor,the positioning torque of the motor can be weakened by changing the structure of the rotor,and the validity of using the permanent magnet staggering method to weaken the positioning torque is proved.
