摘要
[目的]筛选鄂西南地区稻瘟病菌的最适生长培养基。[方法]从鄂西南地区稻瘟病菌生理小种文库中选择优势菌株,在米糠培养基、燕麦培养基、马铃薯培养基,以及以上3种材料按比例混配的4种组合培养基上进行培养,观察其生长状态。[结果]同种菌株在不同培养基上生长速率不同,不同菌株在同一种培养基上生长速率不同,在含有米糠、燕麦、马铃薯3种成分的M7培养基上稻瘟菌生长量最大。[结论]M7培养基为鄂西南地区稻瘟菌的最适生长培养基。
[Objective]To screen the optimum growth medium for Magnaporthe oryzae in southwestern Hubei Province.[Method]The dominant strains were selected from the physiological race library of Magnaporthe oryzea in southwestern Hubei Province,and cultured on rice bran medium,oatmeal medium,potato medium,and four kinds of combined medium in which the above three materials were mixed in proportion.[Result]The same strain showed different growth rates on different mediums,and different strains showed different growth rates on the same medium.The growth of Magnaporthe oryzae was the highest in M7 medium containing rice bran,oatmeal and potato.[Conclusion]M7 medium was the optimum growth medium for Magnaporthe oryzae in southwestern Hubei Province.
