水热法制备N-P25及其光催化降解甲醛的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以商品化混晶TiO_2(P25)为改性对象,采用水热法制备了具有可见光活性的N掺杂改性P25(N-P25),将其涂覆于壁纸上,考察了N-Ti摩尔比、水热反应温度和反应时间对N-P25的结构和光催化性能等的影响。结果表明,改性后的P25同样具有锐钛矿相和金红石相的混晶结构,且对可见光的吸收得到了提升,在N-Ti摩尔比为18、水热反应温度和时间分别为150℃、20 h条件下制备的N-P25对甲醛的光催化降解率可达87%。 Commercially available mixed crystal TiO2(P25)was used as a modification target to prepare N-doped modified P25(N-P25)with visible light activity by hydrothermal method,and apply it to wallpaper.The effects of N-Ti molar ratio,hydrothermal reaction temperature and time on the structure and light catalytic performance were investigated.The results show that the modified P25 also has the mixed crystal structure of anatase phase and rutile phase,and the visible light absorption is improved.Under the conditions of the N-Ti molar ratio is 18,the hydrothermal reaction temperature and time are respectively 150℃and 20 h,the photocatalytic degradation rate of the prepared N-P25 to formaldehyde is up to 87%.
