摘要
中国石油天然气集团公司正在建设楚州盐穴储气库来保障中俄东线的调峰和应急供气。楚州地区盐岩埋藏深、夹层多、地质条件复杂,相对于其他盐穴储气库,楚州储气库对固井技术提出了更高的要求。为保证楚州储气库固井质量,针对楚州储气库固井时存在的水泥浆配方筛选困难、提高顶替效率困难、易漏失及易憋堵的特点,提出了适合本地区的水泥浆体系和提高顶替效率、长封固段防漏以及防止环空憋堵等措施。通过现场3口井对固井措施进行了验证,经固井质量和气密封试压检测,3口井固井质量全部合格,能够满足以后储气库生产的需要。提出的固井措施对以后该地区盐穴储气库固井具有很好的借鉴意义。
CNPC is building Chuzhou salt cavern gas storage to ensure peak shaving and emergency gas supply for Sino-Russian Eastern Route Gas Pipeline.Chuzhou salt cavern gas storage is characterized by deep targets, multiple interbedded mudstone formations and complicated geological conditions.Compared with other salt cavern gas storage, Chuzhou gas storage puts forward higher requirements for cementing technology.To ensure the cementing quality, challenges like suitable slurry formulation selection, displacement efficiency improvement, lost circulation and pumping plugging are addressed by proposing proper measures.The cementing technology has been verified in three wells.The cementing quality and gas seal pressure test indicates qualified cementing qualities, which meet the requirements of later gas storage operation.The developed technology is of great significance for the future cementing of the salt cavern gas storage in this area.
