摘要
型材套料软件开发的目的是能够快速准确地计算出一个分段内所有型材的最优套料结果,根据套料结果自动生成现场施工可使用的套料图。程序使用C#作为开发工具,采用动态规划算法实现型材按给定的套料方案进行套料,最终生成手工切割图和余料表,通过余料表对型材余料进行有效的管理,通过实际工程应用,验证了使用型材套料软件能够有效缩短设计时间,提高型材利用率。
The purpose of the profile nest is to be able to quickly and accurately calculate the best nest results for all profiles in a block.According to nest results,the automatically generated local construction can be used nest drawing.The program uses C# as a development tool and adopts a dynamic programming algorithm to realize the nest of the profiles according to the given nesting materials.Finally,manual cutting charts and residual material tables are generated,and the profile surplus materials are effectively managed.Through practical application,it has been verified that the application of profile nesting software can effectively shorten the design time and improve the profile utilization.
