摘要
目的探讨比较常规检验与生化检验应用在临床糖尿病诊断中的临床疗效,并总结临床经验。方法方便选取该院2015年3月—2017年2月期间收治的糖尿病患者82例作为此次研究病例,对患者进行分析,分组方式为检验方式的不同,研究组与对照组各41例,研究组采取生化检验,应用全自动生化分析仪,主要包括:糖化血红蛋白、血清甘油三酯值等,而对照组则采取常规的尿液检验法,即干化学葡萄糖氧化酶法,对比分析两组的临床检验结果,并将其与诊断的结果做比较,得出检验有效率。结果采取生化检验的研究组检验后与临床检验结果一致的患者有39例(95.12%),应用常规检验的对照组检验后有28例与临床检验结果一致(68.29%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.872 6,P=0.001 6)。结论生化检验法与常规检验法比较,其临床价值更高,生化检验能够有效提高糖尿病患者诊断的准确性,可以说,生化检验方法是一种新型的临床检测手段,在糖尿病诊断中应用可以提高诊断的有效率,价值显著,患者能够在早期被发现患病后得到及时的救治,不仅为临床提供了医学依据,还提高了患者的生存率,检测后的糖化血红蛋白、血清甘油三酯等指标均能显示患者是否患有糖尿病,临床中可以将生化检验法作为糖尿病临床诊断的首要方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of routine and biochemical tests in the diagnosis of clinical diabetes,and to summarize clinical experience.Methods A total of 82 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from March 2015 to February 2017 were convenient included in the study.The patients were analyzed in different ways.The study group and the control group each had 41 cases.The research group took biochemical test,applied automatic biochemical analyzer,including:glycated hemoglobin,serum triglyceride value,etc.,while the control group adopted routine urine test method,namely dry chemical glucose oxidase method,comparative analysis of clinical test results were implemented with the results of the diagnosis to determine the effectiveness of the test.Results Of the patients who took the biochemical test,39 patients (95.12%) were consistent with the clinical test results.28 patients who received the routine test were consistent with the clinical test results (68.29%),statistically significant(χ^2=9.872 6,P=0.001 6).Conclusion Compared with routine test,biochemical test has higher clinical value.Biochemical test can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis of diabetes patients.It can be said that biochemical test method is a new type of clinical test,which can be improved in the diagnosis of diabetes.The diagnosis is effective and valuable.The patient can be treated promptly after being diagnosed in the early stage.It not only provides medical evidence for the clinic,but also improves the survival rate of the patient.The measured glycosylated hemoglobin and serum triglyceride are detected.Both can show whether the patient has diabetes,and biochemical tests can be used as the primary method for clinical diagnosis of diabetes in the clinic.
