摘要
目的探析综合护理干预对宫颈癌根治术后患者膀胱功能康复的作用。方法随机选取该院在2016年1月—2018年2月期间收治的108例实施宫颈癌根治术的患者,将患者随机分为对照组53例和治疗组55例,其中对照组行常规护理,治疗组实施综合护理,比较两组患者的术后残余尿量、尿管留置时间、膀胱功能分级为Ⅰ级的患者比例、临床护理满意率。结果对照组患者的术后残余尿量(110.87±8.42)mL、尿管留置时间(14.63±2.41)d显著高于治疗组(64.74±5.91)mL、(11.90±1.78)d,差异有统计学意义(t=14.627,6.025,P<0.05);治疗组患者膀胱功能分级为Ⅰ级的患者比例70.91%、临床护理满意率96.36%显著高于对照组43.40%、67.92%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.338,12.847,P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预对宫颈癌根治术后患者膀胱功能康复的作用显著,缩短尿管留置时间,帮助患者早日恢复膀胱功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on bladder function rehabilitation after radical resection of cervical cancer.Methods A total of 108 patients who underwent radical resection of cervical cancer between January 2016 and February 2018 were convenient enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into a control group of 53 patients and a treatment group of 55 patients.The control group received routine care and treatment group implemented comprehensive nursing and compared the postoperative residual urine volume,urinary catheter indwelling time,the proportion of patients with grade I bladder function,and the satisfaction rate of clinical care.Results The residual urine volume (110.87±8.42)mL and the catheter indwelling time (14.63±2.41) d were significantly higher in the control group than in the treatment group (64.74±5.91)mL,(11.90±1.78) d,and the difference was significant (t=14.627,6.025,P<0.05),statistically significant;in the treatment group,the proportion of patients with grade I of bladder function was 70.91%,and the rate of clinical care satisfaction was 96.36%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 43.40% and 67.92%,the different was statistically significant(χ^2=11.338,12.847,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a significant effect on the recovery of bladder function in patients with cervical cancer after radical resection.It shortens the time of catheter indwelling and helps patients recover bladder function as soon as possible.It is worthy of clinical application.
