摘要 为选择合适的火炬气空气配比和助燃条件,提高火炬燃烧效率,减少火炬气燃烧不完全等事故发生,开展含氮火炬气燃烧实验,研究可燃气体与N_2在不同配比条件下的火炬气燃烧状态,并采用三元组分图法分析火炬气熄灭的原因。研究表明:当火炬气组分中丙烷(C_3H_8)与N_2体积比≤1∶3时,火炬气熄灭;火炬气熄灭原因为火炬气流速较快,卷吸空气量大于火炬气体积的12. 02倍,气云团中C_3H_8浓度小于最低燃烧极限1. 92%。 In order to improve the combustion efficiency of the flare gas and reduce the accident of flare gas incomplete combustion,the nitrogen contained flare gas burning with different calorific values was conducted,and the flare gas combustion with different ratio of combustible gas and nitrogen was investigated.The ternary component chart method was used to analyze the cause of the torch gas extinguishing.Results showed that the flare gas burned out when the volume ratio of propane and N2 was less than or equal to 1∶3.The cause of flare gas burning out was its greater flow rate with that a indrafted air was 12.02 times and the composition of propane was less than 1.92%.
