摘要
目的探讨正畸、正颌外科联合治疗唇腭裂术后牙颌面畸形的效果及疾病复发情况。方法按照随机抽样法选取2015年3月至2017年2月医院收治的唇腭裂术后牙颌面畸形患者70例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。观察组行正畸联合正颌外科手术治疗,对照组行正颌外科手术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组SNB、U1-NA、L1-NB均较治疗前减小,ANB较治疗前增大,且观察组各指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的语言功能及咀嚼功能评分均明显升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症总发生率及复发率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论正畸联合正颌外科治疗唇腭裂术后牙颌面畸形的效果显著,可明显改善患者面部畸形,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the effect of orthodontics and orthognathic surgery in the treatment of dentofacial deformity after cleft lip and palate surgery and the recurrence of disease.Methods Seventy patients with dentofacial deformity after cleft lip and palate surgery were selected by random sampling method from March 2015 to February 2017.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 35 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with orthodontics combined with orthognathic surgery, while the control group was treated with orthognathic surgery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the SNB, U1-NA and L1-NB in the two groups decreased, and ANB increased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of language function and masticatory function in both groups significantly increased, and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontics combined with orthognathic surgery has a significant effect on the treatment of dentofacial deformity after cleft lip and palate surgery.It can significantly improve the facial deformities of patients, with low recurrence rate, and it is worthy of clinical application.
