摘要
【目的】研究大足黑山羊(Dazu black goat,DBG)与内蒙古绒山羊(Inner Mongolia cashmere goat,IMCG)杂交F_1代在哺乳期的生长规律.【方法】将20只IMCG母羊引进至重庆,以20只本地DBG母羊为对照,与5只DBG公羊交配,测定F_1代(DBG♂×IMCG♀,n=50)和DBG(DBG♂×DBG♀,n=44)在哺乳期间每周的体质量与体尺,经五期滑动移动模型处理,进行生长趋势拟合、通径分析和相关系数等分析.【结果】F_1代体质量生长速度比DBG快,两者的体质量生长曲线差异极显著(P<0.01);F_1代体尺绝对值大小为胸围>体长>体高,体尺生长速度大小为胸围≈体长>体高;DBG体尺绝对值大小为体高≈体长>胸围,体尺生长速度大小前期为体长>体高≈胸围、后期为体高≈胸围>体长;体尺对体质量的直接影响途径中,胸围>>体长>体高;间接影响途径中,胸围>>体长>体高.【结论】在相同饲养条件下,杂交F_1代在哺乳期的生长速度快于DBG,影响体质量的主要体尺因子是胸围.
【Objective】To study and compare the growth performance of F1 hybrid of Dazu black goat(DBG)and Inner Mongolia cashmere goat(IMCG)in lactation period.【Method】A total of 20 IMCG were introduced into Chongqing from Northwest of China,and mated with 5DBG bucks.The body weight and body size of F1hybrids(DBG♂×IMCG♀,n=50)and DBG(DBG♂×DBG♀,n=44)were weekly measured to calculate the growth fitting curve and correlation coefficient.【Result】The body weight growthrate of F1 was higher than DBG(P<0.01);the absolute value of F1 body size was ranked as body chest girth(BCG)>body length(BL)>body height(BH),the growth rate of body size was ranked as BCG>BL>BH;the absolute value of DBG body size was ranked as BG≈BL>BCG,the growth rate of body size was ranked BL>BG≈BCG in early period and BG≈BCG>BL in later period.【Conclusion】Under the same conditions,F1 hybrids growed faster than DBG in lactation period,and the major factor affecting the body size was body chest girth.
