308 nm准分子光联合祛白酊治疗进展期白癜风97例临床观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察308 nm准分子光联合祛白酊治疗进展期白癜风临床疗效。方法选取南昌白癜风医院2016年3 12月收治的97例进展期白癜风病人,采用随机自身对照法,将相邻或对称部位皮损分为联合治疗组和对照组。联合治疗组:采用308 nm准分子光联合祛白酊治疗;对照组:单用308 nm准分子光局部单一照射治疗。对其疗效和可能发生的不良反应进行临床观察。治疗12周后对两组数据进行统计分析。结果联合治疗组有效率为72. 3%,对照组有效率为50. 9%,两组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=11. 179,P <0. 05)。结论 308 nm准分子光联合祛白酊治疗进展期白癜风疗效优于单一光照,值得在临床推广。 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of 308-nm excimer light combined with Qu-Bai tincture in the treatment of active vitiligo.Methods A randomized self-controlled study was performed.A total of 97 patients with active vitiligo were enrolled from Department of Dermatology of Nanchang Vitiligo Hospital between March 2016 and December 2016,with contralateral or nearby lesions and divided into test group and control group.In the test group,target lesions were treated by 308-nm excimer light combined with Qu-Bai tincture.In th control group,target lesions received only 308-nm excimer light monotherapy.The efficacy and safety were evaluated after 12 weeks.Results Effective rate was 72.3%in the test group and 50.9%in the control group.Conclusion The test group was better than the control group.
