摘要
利用SiO_2/TiO_2纳米粒子掺杂复合的形式制备自洁净镀膜液,并进一步制备出自洁净膜光伏玻璃.用扫描电镜观察膜层的微观结构,检测膜层的透光率及自清洁功能.膜层提高了玻璃透光率2.2%,并具有分解有机物、超亲水、抗灰尘粘附性能.光伏电站对照实验表明,自洁净膜层通过提升透光率及自清洁功能可提高光伏发电量4.4%.
SiO2/TiO2 nanoparticles were doped and compounded to prepare clean film photovoltaic glass from clean film plating solution.The microstructure of the film was observed by scanning electron microscopy,and the transmittance and self-cleaning function of the film were tested.The transparency of glass was increased by 2.2%,and the film had the properties of decomposing organic matter,super hydrophilic and anti-dust adhesion.The comparative experiment of photovoltaic power station shows that the self-cleaning film can increase photovoltaic power generation by4.4% by improving the transmittance and self-cleaning function.
