摘要
以企业提出的"稻壳醋液对畜禽粪便脱臭处理进而开发生物质肥料"为议题,从嗅感生理及养殖业治理嗅感污染的必要性、猪粪尿产生的恶臭物质的生成机理及组分、恶臭物质生成控制技术微生物学原理、稻壳醋液的主要成分及应用、稻壳醋液消除畜禽粪便恶臭的理论基础以及已有的研究成果和作者的实验情况做了归纳分析,并就稻壳醋液实施畜禽粪尿脱臭进而生产生物质肥料提出建议。
Putting "rice husk vinegar liquid deodorization treatment of animal manure to developing biomass fertilizer" as the issue put forward by enterprise, this paper analyzes and summarizes several aspects―the olfactory sense physiology and the necessity that aquaculture manages olfactory sense pollution, formation mechanism and components of odorous substances from pig manure and urine, microbiological principle of odor substance generation control technology, the main components and application of rice husk vinegar, the theoretical basis of rice husk vinegar solution to eliminate the stench of livestock and poultry excrement and the existing research results and the author’s experiment. Furthermore some suggestions on how to deodorize the excrement and urine of livestock and poultry in rice husk vinegar solution to produce biomass fertilizer were put forward.
