摘要
血液中心的采血护士在完成采血工作时要快速地做好检测、热合、留样、针眼按压及医疗废物的清理等工作,同时护士在进行采血工作时需要接触的血样比较多,极易受到血液中病原体的感染,对护士的健康和安全都会造成一定的威胁。血液中心的采血护士职业暴露的因素主要有化学因素、物理因素、生物因素以及环境、心理因素等。
Blood collection nurses in the blood center should quickly perform tests, heat sealing, sample retention, needle eye pressing and medical waste cleaning when completing blood collection work. At the same time, nurses need to contact more blood samples during blood collection. It is susceptible to infection by pathogens in the blood and poses a threat to the health and safety of nurses. The occupational exposure factors of blood collection nurses in the blood center mainly include chemical factors, physical factors, biological factors, and environmental and psychological factors.
