摘要
我国正处在高速城市化的进程中,伴随着城市的快速扩张,出现了诸如居民生活压力增大、邻里关系淡薄、旧城区功能衰退等一系列社会问题。为了缓解城市压力、提升居民幸福指数,有必要在我国城市建设中引入"慢城"理念。里洲慢生活社区作为在城市中普遍存在并具有典型代表的老旧居民区,其内部环境缺乏合理规划、亟待整治。基于"慢城"理念的相关准则,深入挖掘分析其景观改造更新原则和策略,以里洲社区的历史文化和资源要素为背景,从营造社区文化、构建绿色慢行交通体系、优化空间结构布局、引入公众参与、打造特色社区品牌等方面提出针对性的改造策略;探索"慢城"理念在我国城市老旧社区改造更新中推行应用的可行性;为我国城市发展和社区改造更新提供新的思路。
China is in the process of rapid urbanization. With the rapid expansion of the city, there have been a series of social problems such as increased pressure on residents’ living, weak neighborhoods, and declining function of the old city. In order to alleviate urban pressure and improve the happiness index of residents, it is necessary to introduce the concept of "slow city" in urban construction in China. The Lizhou Slow Living Community is an old residential area that is ubiquitous and typical in the city, its internal environment lacks reasonable planning and needs to be rectified. Based on the relevant guidelines of the "slow city" concept, we deeply explore and analyze the principles and strategies for landscape renovation, build the community culture and a green slow-moving transportation system, and optimize the spatial structure layout based on historical culture and resource elements of community.We also introduce strategies of public participation and community brand, explore the application feasibility of the "slow city" concept in the renovation and renewal of old urban communities. The conclusion would provide new ideas for urban development and community renovation in China.
