摘要
渡槽在引(调)水工程中应用非常广泛,针对单榀渡槽自重达1 200 t的矩形薄壁渡槽,采用预制吊装工艺技术施工在国内却非常少见。文章从制槽厂总体布置设计、渡槽整体预制和安装及安全管理等方面阐明了鄂北调水工程孟楼渡槽1 200 t加肋简支矩形渡槽综合技术,为其他类似大型预制渡槽工程提供了实例。。
Aqueduct is widely applied in water diversion projects.It is rare in China to apply precast and installation technique in construction of a single rectangular aqueduct with thin wall weighing 1 200 t.The general technology for the 1 200 t simple support rectangular aqueduct with stiffening rib for Menglou aqueduct in northern Hubei water diversion project is described in terms of general layout of the aqueduct precast yard,integrated precast,installation and safety management,etc.This provides other similar projects with practice reference.
