摘要
目的观察对骨科术后患者实施延续性护理的效果,探讨应用价值。方法 2016年1—12月该院骨科手术治疗患者90例(对照组),2017年1—12月骨科手术治疗患者96例(观察组),对照组出院常规给予健康指导,出院带药,指导复诊,观察组予以延续性护理;观察指标包括:掌握自我护理相关知识;遵医嘱情况(保持良好的生活规律,能否坚持功能锻炼,能否坚持按医嘱服药,能否坚持到医院复查);恢复期并发症(伤口感染、功能障碍、压力性溃疡、骨折推迟愈合);护理满意度。结果对于两组骨科术后患者出院后随访6月,观察组患者掌握自我护理的相关知识95.83%、遵医行为良好90.63%、护理满意度98.96%高于对照组的77.78%、72.22%、92.22%(χ~2=7.54、8.25、5.12,P<0.05);观察组恢复期并发症2.08%低于对照组10.00%(χ~2=5.23,P<0.05)。结论对骨科术后患者实施延续性护理提高患者自我护理能力,遵医行为良好,降低恢复期并发症,护理满意度上升,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the implementation effect of continuous nursing in the postoperative patients in the department of orthopedics and study the application value. Methods 90 cases of patients with operative therapy in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the control group, while 96 cases of patients with operative therapy in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the observation group, the control group used the routine health guidance, while the observation group used the continuous nursing, and the observation indicators included: mastering the self-nursing related knowledge, compliance conditions,(keeping a good living law, insisting on the dirigation, insisting on medication according to the doctor’s signs, insisting on the reexamination in the hospital), complications (incision infection, dirigation, pressure core, delayed union of fracture)during the recovery stage; nursing satisfactory degree. Results The 6-month follow-up showed that the ratios of patients mastering the self-nursing related knowledge, patients with good compliance behavior, and nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,(95.83%, 90.63%, 98.96% vs 77.78%, 72.22%, 92.22%(χ^2=7.54, 8.25, 5.12, P< 0.05), and the complication rate during the recovery stage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (2.08% vs 10.00%)(χ^2=5.23, P<0.05). Conclusion The continuous nursing of patients after the orthopedic surgery can improve the self-nursing abilities, have a good compliance behavior, reduce the complications during the recovery stage and increase the nursing satisfactory degree, and it is worth clinical application.
