摘要
目的分析老年慢性心力衰竭患者运动康复效果评价中心踝指数(心踝血管指数)的应用价值。方法选取我院2016年1月—2018年5月收治的100例老年慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象。所有患者均给予常规治疗及常规护理。根据心功能分级予以运动康复护理,对比治疗前后的生活质量评分、6 min步行距离、射血分数、心率以及心踝血管指数。结果经治疗及护理后,患者的生活质量评分、6 min步行距离、射血分数、心率以及心踝血管指数明显更优,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);一致性评价中,射血分数与心踝血管指数一致性良好(Kappa值> 0.75);生活质量评分及步行距离与心踝血管指数一致性一般(0.75> Kappa值> 0.4);心率与心踝血管指数一致性较差(Kappa值<0.4)。结论抗心衰治疗与运动康复训练能够降低心踝血管指数,同时,射血分数与心踝血管指数一致性良好,可将心踝血管指数作为老年慢性心力衰竭患者运动康复效果评价的一个参考指标。
Objective To analyze the application value of the sputum index(cardio ankle vascular index) in the evaluation of exercise rehabilitation in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 100 elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects. All patients were given routine treatment and routine nursing. According to cardiac function classification, exercise rehabilitation nursing was given. The quality of life score, 6-minute walking distance, ejection fraction, heart rate and cardiovascular index were compared before and after treatment. ResultsAfter treatment and nursing, the patient’s quality of life score, 6 min walking distance, ejection fraction, heart rate and cardio-ankle vascular index were significantly better, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the consistency evaluation, the ejection fraction was consistent with the cardio ankle vascular index(Kappa value>0.75). The quality of life score and walking distance were consistent with the cardio ankle vascular index(0.75>Kappa value>0.4). The heart rate was poor consistent with cardio ankle vascular index(Kappa value<0.4). Conclusion Anti-heart failure treatment and exercise rehabilitation training can reduce the palpebral blood vessel index. At the same time, the ejection fraction and the palpebral blood vessel index are in good agreement. The palpebral blood vessel index can be used as a reference index for evaluating the exercise rehabilitation effect of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.
