不同肉牛品种杂种后代饲喂全混合日粮(TMR)育肥效果对比试验 被引量:8

摘要 本试验以全混合日粮(TMR)饲喂方式对安格斯、利木赞和西门塔尔三个品种与本地黄牛的杂交后代(15-18月龄)进行短期育肥效果对比试验。基础饲料为全株玉米青贮+玉米芯粉+苜蓿草秸+精补料等组成。试验对增重和主要屠宰指标进行测试分析,结果表明,期末平均体活重、期内总增重及日增重,利杂牛(Ⅱ组)分别达563.10±40.70kg、163.40±32.06kg和1.62±0.25㎏,且皆显著高于安杂牛(Ⅰ组)(P<0.05);胴体重、屠宰率、净肉重和净肉率利杂牛(Ⅱ组)比西杂牛(Ⅲ组)和安杂牛(Ⅰ组)分别高7.70%(P<0.05)和17.39%(P≤0.01)、6.55%和5.67%(P≤0.01)、4.38%和19.09%(P≤0.01)、3.32%(P<0.05)和7.01%(P≤0.01);而胴体长和胴体产肉率、骨重和肉骨比性状、脂肪重、脂肪占胴体重(%)等部分指标也呈现显著或极显著差异。分析表明,不同肉牛品种与本地黄牛杂交后代饲喂全混合日粮短期育肥,在增重、屠宰指标方面存在不同程度的差异性。因此,在养殖实践中,可通过精准日料配方、营养调控和饲养管理措施等挖掘引进品种及其杂交后代的生产潜力。 In this study,the short-term fattening effect was compared between 15-18 months old offspring of Angus,Limzan and Simmental cattle and native yellow cattle by the whole mixed diet(TMR).The basic feed consists of corn silage,corn kernel powder,alfalfa straw and fine fodder.Weight and main slaughter indicators were tested and analyzed.According to the results,At the end of the period,the average body weight,total weight gain and daily gain of Liza(Group II)reached 563.10±40.70 kg,163.40±32.06 kg and 1.62±0.25 kg,respectively,and were significantly higher than Anzao(I Group)(P<0.05).Moreover,The weight,slaughter rate,net meat weight and net meat rate of Liza(Group II),7.70%and 17.39%,were higher than that of Xiza(Group III)and Anza(Group I),respectively.There were also significant or extremely significant differences in carcass length,carcass yield,bone weight and meat-to-bone traits,fat weight,and fat body weight(%)among different varieties.The analysis showed that the hybrids of different beef cattle breeds and local yellow cattle were fed with full-mixed diet for short-term fattening,and there were different degrees of difference in weight gain and slaughter indicators.Therefore,in the practice of breeding,the production potential of introduced varieties and their hybrid progeny can be explored through precise daily formulation,nutritional regulation and feeding management measures.
