摘要
竞技运动因高压力、高强度、高度精神紧张导致运动员容易产生运动性心理疲劳。及时有效地恢复运动性心理疲劳的方式值得探讨。五禽戏是一种养生的健身功法,它不仅能舒展肌肉和关节、畅通气血、提升心肺功能,也能使人头脑清醒、精神放松、心神充沛。文章探讨健身气功五禽戏作为一种调理身心的干预手段对于恢复运动员运动性心理疲劳的效果,为五禽戏在缓解运动性心理疲劳的应用上提供理论依据,也为运动项目科学化训练提供参考手段。
Due to high pressure, high intensity and high mental tension, athletes are prone to generate exercise-induced mental fatigue. It is worth discussing the way of recovering exercise-induced mental fatigue in time and effectively. Wuqinxi is a health fitness skills, it can not only stretch the muscles and joints, smooth blood flow, improve cardiopulmonary function, but also clear the mind, relaxed, full of energy. This paper discusses the effect of body-building qigong Wuqinxi as an intervention method to regulate body and mind on recovering athletes exercise-induced mental fatigue, which provides theoretical basis for the application of Wuqinxi to relieve exerciseinduced mental fatigue, and also provides reference for scientific training of sport.
