摘要
将微波技术应用于废旧橡胶的裂解,介绍了所设计的叶轮式废旧橡胶裂解炉的结构组成和工作原理,对裂解腔体进行了微波电磁仿真,得到了裂解腔体及物料的能量场分布。利用该裂解炉进行废旧橡胶的裂解实验,得到了物料裂解过程中裂解腔体内的温度和压力变化数据,以及裂解产物的组成成分和所占比例。认为,叶轮式废旧橡胶裂解炉结构简单,微波能量在裂解炉内分布均匀,微波能可高效利用,该裂解形式可以推广使用。
Microwave technology can be applied to the cracking of waste rubber. In this paper,the structure composition and working principle of the impeller type waste rubber cracking furnace are introduced. The microwave electromagnetic simulation of the cracking chamber was carried out, and the energy field distribution of the cracking chamber and material was obtained. The experimenter used the cracking furnace to carry out the cracking experiment of the waste rubber, and obtained the temperature and pressure change data in the cracking chamber, and the composition and proportion of the cracked product. The impeller type waste rubber cracking furnace has a simple structure, the microwave energy is evenly distributed in the cracking furnace, and the microwave energy can be utilized efficiently, so the cracking form can be popularized and used.
