摘要
制备了一种由碳纤维为增强体,树脂为基体的复合材料镗杆,研究了其铺层设计,并对成型工艺进行介绍,对复合材料镗杆的静态性能和动态性能进行了有限元分析,并与普通结构的金属镗杆进行了性能对比。结果表明,复合结构镗杆具有更高的刚度以及更加优良的动态性能,适用于高速镗削加工,同时大大减轻了镗杆重量。
Prepare a carbon fiber reinforced resin composite boring rod matrix, study the design of layer, and the molding process were discussed, the composite boring bar's static and dynamic performance was of the finite element analysis, and compared with the performance of cemented carbide boring bar common structure. The results show that the composite structure has higher stiffness and better dynamic performance, which can be applied to high speed boring, and the weight of boring bar is greatly reduced.
