摘要 介绍倒丝机工作方式及工作过程,说明无牵引高速倒丝机控制系统硬件组成和控制原理,该系统由变频器、PLC、触摸屏、光洋编码器等组成,将放线机速度设定为线速度,收线机速度采用主速度加上微分先导型PID控制,排线采用恒排距模式,确保了收线盘卷质量。给出控制框图及控制界面,说明信号传递的方式,该设备占地面积少,工作速度可达15 m/s。 The working mode and working process of wire winding machine are introduced.The hardware structure and control principle of the control system without traction high-speed wire winding machine are explained.The system consists of frequency converter,PLC,touch screen and KOYO encoder.Setting the paying off speed as linear speed,the speed of the take-up machine is controlled by the main speed plus the differential pioneer PID control,and the line arrangement adopts the constant distance mode,which ensures the quality of the take-up coil.The control block diagram and control interface are given,and the way of signal transmission is explained.The equipment occupies less space.The working speed can reach 15 m/s.
