摘要
目的:探讨苍苓止泻口服液联合口服锌剂对轮状病毒性肠炎患儿肠道分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)水平的影响。方法:选取2017年江西省于都县妇幼保健院收治的轮状病毒性肠炎患儿98例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组50例和对照组48例。对照组患儿给予锌剂,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上加用苍苓止泻口服液。观察两组患儿治疗前后肠道sIgA水平、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后1、3及5 d,观察组患儿肠道sIgA水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的总有效率为96.00%(48/50),明显高于对照组的81.25%(39/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿均未出现明显的不良反应症状。结论:苍苓止泻口服液联合口服锌剂治疗轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效较好,能促进患儿肠道sIgA的分泌。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of Cangling Zhixie oral liquid combined with oral zinc on the level of intestinal secreted immunoglobulin A(sIgA) in children with rotavirus enteritis. METHODS: Totally 98 children with rotavirus enteritis admitted into Jiangxi Yudu County Maternal and Child Health Hospital in 2017 were extracted to be divided into observation group(n=50) and control group(n=48) via the random number table. The control group was given oral zinc, while the observation group additionally received Cangling Zhixie oral liquid based on the control group. The level of intestinal sIgA before and after treatment, clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions were observed in two groups. RESULTS: After treatment of 1, 3, and 5 d, the level of intestinal sIgA in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 96.00%(48/50), significantly higher than that of control group [81.25%(39/48)], the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse drug reactions in both groups. CONCLUSIONS: Cangling Zhixie oral liquid combined with oral zinc is effective in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis, which can promote the secretion of intestinal sIgA in children.
