摘要
本文通过分析检修HM-200型移动式高频X线机一例灯丝回路故障,为X线机维修提供借鉴经验。对于出现的灯丝回路故障,根据其工作原理逐步分析,使用示波器捕捉其波形,初步确定故障范围,分析电路图查找故障点,最终精确到故障元件,更换故障元件排除故障。该维修方法可行,且维修成本极低。
This article aimed to provide experience for X-ray machine maintenance based on analyzing and solving a case of HM-200 mobile high-frequency X-ray machine filament circuit fault.For the filament loop fault,we firstly analyzed step by step according to the working principle,then the fault range was determined by using oscilloscope to capture the waveform.By analyzing the circuit diagram to find the fault point,the fault element was finally located accurately,and the fault element was replaced to eliminate the fault.This method of maintenance is feasible and the cost is very low.
