摘要 论文以小型易碎工件为特定研究对象,设计一种以嵌入式主板为上位控制器,以西门子S7-200PLC为下位控制器的小型易碎工件的自动清洗流水线。对整条流水线的整体控制方案进行了设计,对方案中每个环节的功能和自动清洗机的工作过程进行了分析,然后对上位机和下位机控制系统的控制算法和控制过程进行了的介绍。通过样机试验的方法研究机械结构和控制系统之间的协调问题,研发出适合小型易碎工件的全自动清洗流水线。 By taking small-size fragile parts porcelain as the research object, an automatic cleaning assembly line for small-size fragile parts was proposed in this paper. The embedded main-board was used as host computer and the Siemens S7-200PLC was treated as slave computer in this design. The overall control scheme of the whole assembly line is designed. The function of each link and the working process of the automatic cleaning machine are analyzed,then the control algorithm and control process of the upper computer and the lower computer control system are introduced.After, the mechanical structure and control of the robot were study by the experimentation on the prototype. Last, an automatic cleaning assembly line for small-size fragile parts had been developed successfully.
