摘要
目的探讨益母草注射液联合缩宫素预防自然分娩产妇产后出血的疗效。方法将80例自然分娩产妇随机分为2组,对照组产妇给予缩宫素,联合组产妇则加用益母草注射液,比较2组产妇围产期相关指标、出血量、子宫体高度、下降速度、产妇宫缩情况、血红蛋白、血压、凝血功能与不良反应。结果联合组第三产程持续时间、手术出血量、术后2～72 h出血量与血性恶露持续时间均显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);术后1～5 d子宫体高度显著低于对照组,平均下降速度显著快于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后,宫缩幅度、血红蛋白与舒张压均显著高于对照组,宫缩频率显著低于对照组(P <0. 05); 2组产妇各种不良反应发生率无显著差异(P> 0. 05)。结论益母草注射液联合缩宫素在预防自然分娩产妇产后出血中的疗效显著,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the effect of Yimu Cao Injection combined with oxytocin on postpartum hemorrhage in spontaneous delivery.Methods A total of 80 spontaneous delivery puerperas were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given oxytocin,and the combined group received Yimu Cao Injection.The perinatal indicators were compared between the two groups.Amount of bleeding,height of the uterus,rate of decline,uterine contractions,hemoglobin,blood pressure,coagulation function and adverse reactions were compared.Results The duration of the third stage of labor,the amount of blood loss,the amount of blood loss from 2 to 72 h and the duration of bloody lochia in the combined group were significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).The height of the uterus was significantly lower on the first to fifth postoperative day than that in the control group(P<0.05).The descending speed of uterus was significantly quicker than that of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of contractions,hemoglobin and diastolic blood pressure after treatment were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the frequency of contractions was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yimu Cao Injection combined with oxytocin has better efficacy in prevention of postpartum hemorrhage of spontaneous delivery,and higher safety.
