摘要
文章通过对自动加碘转筒混合干燥工艺的分析,阐述了影响加碘盐碘的波动性的主要因素。通过引入相对标准偏差(RSD)来表征碘值的波动性。通过原因分析并通过有效的控制措施和方法,可将碘的RSD控制在8%以内。该法为具有连续式加碘设备的食用盐生产企业提供参考。
The main factors affecting the volatility of iodine in iodized salt were expounded through analysis of the mixed drying process of automatic iodine transfer cylinder. Relative standard deviation(RSD) was introduced to characterize the volatility of iodine values. The RSD of iodine is controlled within 8% by reason analysis and through effective control measures and methods. This method provides reference for edible salt production enterprises with continuous iodization equipment.
