摘要 压缩空气是仅次于电力的第二大动力能源,其应用遍及人类工业生产和生活的方方面面.针对空气压缩系统,以SimulationX软件为平台进行建模仿真.为解决SimulationX软件人机交互性差的问题,对SimulationX软件进行二次开发,编制软件二次开发流程.研究结果表明,应用SimulationX软件进行空气压缩系统建模仿真,有助于提高建模仿真效率,模型仿真控制程序操作简便,二次开发流程和方法易于掌握. Compressed air is second largest power source after electricity,and its application extends to all aspects of human industrial production and life.Air compressor system was modeled and simulated with SimulationX software as platform.In order to solve the problem of poor human-computer interaction of SimulationX,the secondary development of SimulationX was made,and the secondary development process of software was compiled.The research results show that the modeling and simulation of air compression system with SimulationX can improve the efficiency of modeling and simulation,the model simulation control program is easy to operate,and the secondary development process and method are easy to grasp.
