旋转油封密封织构化界面的密封性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 为改善旋转式唇形密封的密封性能,在轴表面开椭圆形织构,考虑密封唇口的径向变形、粗糙峰剪切变形和油膜压力的耦合,建立了唇封三维周期性软弹流润滑模型。采用有限单元法与数值迭代技术求解润滑方程获得了反向泵送率、摩擦扭矩和液膜承载力等性能参数,研究了椭圆形微织构及其结构参数对油封密封性能的影响规律,对椭圆形织构进行了结构优化分析。结果表明,密封轴的表面织构化可明显改善润滑状态,并提高泵送率。该研究对于油封的增强润滑、减少泄漏和磨损具有工程参考价值。 In order to improve the sealing performance of rotary lip seals,the elliptical surface textures were introduced on the shaft surface. A periodic 3D soft elastic flow lubrication model of rotary lip seal was proposed by taking into consideration the coupling between the lip radial deformation,the asperity shearing deformation and the oil film pressure.The sealing performance parameters such as the reverse pumping rate,friction torques and load capacity of liquid film were obtained by solving the lubrication equations by the finite element method and numerical iteration technique. The influence law of the geometrical parameters of the elliptical micro-textures on the sealing performance of oil seal was investigated,and structural optimization was analyzed for the elliptical textures. The results show that the texturization on the shaft surface can obviously improve the lubrication state and the reverse pumping capability.The present study provides valuable references for improving the lubrication and reducing the leakage and wear.
