脑梗死患者46例血HGF监测及其意义

摘要 目的:探讨脑梗死患者亚急性期血清中肝细胞生长因子(HGF)的动态变化以及与病情变化的关系。方法:用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定46例脑梗死患者发病后14~90 d血清HGF含量的动态变化及与NIHSS评分的关系,并设置健康对照组。结果:脑梗死患者与对照组比较在发病1个月内血清HGF浓度均增高(P<0.05);梗死灶大者HGF水平高。结论:HGF可以作为脑梗死急性期内(1个月内)的有效标志物,然而在梗死后期(1个月后),HGF的表达则恢复正常,对于病情恢复的评估无意义。 Objective:To investigate the dynamic changes of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)in serum of patients with cerebral infarction at subacute stage and its relationship with the disease condition.Methods:Serum HGF levels in 46 patients with cerebral infarction were measured by double antibody sandwich ELISA and the relationship between serum HGF levels and NIHSS scores was analyzed.A healthy control group was set up.Results:Compared with the control group,the serum HGF concentration increased in the 1 month after the onset of cerebral infarction(P<0.05).The HGF level was high in the large infarction group.Conclusion: HGF can be used as an effective marker in the acute phase of cerebral infarction(within one month),but in the late phase of infarction(after one month),the expression of HGF returns to normal, and there is no significance in evaluating the recovery of the disease.
