摘要
目的研究产前集束化健康宣教对高龄产妇负性情绪及分娩技巧、母乳喂养、新生儿护理相关知识的影响。方法选取本院收治的高龄产妇140例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各70例。对照组采取常规性健康宣教。观察组采用集束化健康宣教。两组干预前后,应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)以及自制《高龄产妇妊娠期知识调查表》对高龄产妇焦虑、抑郁情绪及分娩技巧、母乳喂养、新生儿护理相关知识进行调查。结果两组干预前SAS、SDS评分比较,P均>0.05;两组干预后SAS、SDS评分比较,P均<0.05;观察组干预前后SAS、SDS评分比较,P均<0.05;对照组干预前后SAS、SDS评分比较,P均<0.05。两组干预前,产妇分娩技巧、母乳喂养及新生儿护理相关知识比较,P均>0.05;两组干预后,产妇分娩技巧、母乳喂养及新生儿护理相关知识比较,P均<0.05;观察组干预前后,产妇分娩技巧、母乳喂养及新生儿护理相关知识比较,P均<0.05;对照组干预前后,产妇分娩技巧、母乳喂养及新生儿护理相关知识比较,P均<0.05。结论产前集束化健康宣教能有效减轻高龄产妇的焦虑、抑郁情绪,明显提高对分娩技巧、母乳喂养以及新生儿护理相关知识的掌握。
Objective To explore the effect of prenatal cluster education on negative emotion and perinatal knowledge of elderly parturient women. Methods A total of 140 elderly parturient women were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 70 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education. The observation group used cluster health education. The Self- rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), the Self- rating Depression Scale (SDS) and the selfmade“ Geriatric Pregnancy Knowledge Questionnaire”were used to survey the anxiety and depression emotion, childbirth skills, breastfeeding skills and newborns nursing skills of elderly parturient women before and after intervention. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were compared with P>0.05 before the intervention; the scores of the two groups were compared with P<0.05 after the intervention; the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were compared with P< 0.05 before and after the intervention; those of the control group were compared with P<0.05 before and after the intervention. The maternal delivery skills, breastfeeding skills and newborns nursing skills of the two groups before the intervention were compared with P>0.05 but those comparison were P<0.05 after the intervention; the maternal delivery skills, breastfeeding skills and newborns nursing skills of the two groups were all P<0.05 before and after intervention. Conclusion Prenatal cluster education can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of elderly parturient women and significantly improve the knowledge of childbirth skills, breastfeeding skill and neonatal nursing skill.
