摘要
目的探讨双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合奥沙拉嗪钠在溃疡性结肠炎活动期患者中应用效果。方法选取我院溃疡性结肠炎活动期患者73例,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组36例给予奥沙拉嗪钠治疗,观察组37例在对照组治疗的基础上加用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗,比较两组治疗前后Mayo评分、内镜检查评分及各血清炎性因子(血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-1β)水平变化情况,并统计两组不良反应发生情况及复发率。结果治疗4周后观察组Mayo评分及内镜检查评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗4周后观察组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6及白细胞介素-1β水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合奥沙拉嗪钠可有效抑制溃疡性结肠炎活动期患者炎症反应,改善其临床症状,且不良反应少、复发率低。
Objective To explore the effect of bifidobacterium lactobacillus triad active tablets combined with olsalazine sodium on symptom improvement and recurrent rate of ulcerative colitis patients at the active stage. Methods 73 patients with ulcerative colitis at the active stage were randomly divided into two groups. 36 patients in the control group were treated with olsalazine sodium and 37 patients in the observation group were treated with bifidobacterium lactobacillus triad active tablets combined with olsalazine sodium. Mayo score, endoscopy score and serum inflammatory factors ((serum tumor necrosis factor - alpha, interleukin -6, IL-1 beta)) levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment and the adverse reactions rate and recurrent rate were analyzed. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, Mayo score and endoscopy score of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the levels of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β in observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group, P<0.05. In addition, the incidence of adverse reactions were 10.81%(4/37) in the observation group and 8.33%(3/36) in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). However, the recurrent rate of the observation group 2.70%(1/37) was significantly lower than that in the control group 22.22%(8/36), P<0.05. Conclusion Bifidobacterium lactobacillus triad active tablets combined with olsalazine sodium can effectively inhibit the inflammatory reaction of ulcerative colitis at the active stage and improve its clinical symptoms, which had fewer adverse reactions and lower recurrent rate.
