摘要
目的:探讨孕晚期胎儿脐动脉舒张末期血流缺失的相关因素及与围生儿结局的关系。方法:对2016年1月至2017年12月成都市妇女儿童中心医院40例脐动脉舒张末期血流消失病例的母儿临床资料进行回顾性分析,并追踪妊娠结局。结果:40例病例中,胎儿生长受限23例、重度子痫前期10例、双胎7例。分娩方式中30例剖宫产、4例顺产、6例引产,其中两例因胎儿畸形选择性引产,4例期待过程中死胎引产。共获41例新生儿,32例入新生儿重症监护室,其中新生儿窒息10例。结论:胎儿生长受限、重度子痫前期、双胎是孕晚期脐动脉舒张末期血流消失的主要原因,可能提示存在胎儿预后不良,临床工作中应高度重视。
Objective:To investigate the factors relative to absent end-diastolic velocity of the fetal umbilical artery in the late pregnancy and the correlation with the perinatal outcome.Methods:Forty late pregnant women with absent end-diastolic velocity admitted into Chengdu Women and Children′s Central Hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Among the forty cases,23 patients were fetal growth restriction.Ten patients were preeclampsia,and seven patients were twin gestation.The delivery mode was thirty cases of cesarean section,four cases of vaginal delivery and six cases of induced labor.Two of six induced labor cases because of fetal abnormalities.Thirty-two Among 41 neonatal require medical treatment in NICU.In addition,ten cases with asphyxia neonatorum.Conclusion:Fetal growth restriction,preeclampsia and twin gestation were the major causes of absent end-diastolic velocity of the fetal umbilical artery in the late pregnancy.
